Role Summary

Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of quality candidates to a number of high profile clients, working on permanent and contract assignments with some of the best clients in Europe and beyond.


We see Recruitment and Business Development as two distinct skill sets and if you divide the two you can be more effective. Looking at our yearly growth figures, we are probably right!


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define a clear recruitment strategy and utilise job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media and other advanced recruitment methodologies to identify talented permanent and consulting candidates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with well-qualified candidates, whilst growing a strong network in industry.
  • Utilize resume and applicant tracking software to identify, track/manage resumes and candidates to support delivery of full cycle recruitment responsibilities
  • Represent Planet Pharma pro-actively and effectively to industry contacts and stakeholders.
  • Train and support more junior team members, driving high standards across the team.

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter working within the Life Science/Pharma industry, with a demonstrable high level of performance.
  • Driven, hard-working and ambitious
  • A can-do attitude and an innovative mindset, we are growing and are constantly looking to improve our service and ways of working.
  • A real team player who thrives in a collaborative working environment
