Practice

Wipro Digital Consulting is combining business strategy & management consulting (“Strategic Value Management”) with leading digital, AI and automation (“Intelligent Enterprise”) to rapidly realize business impact – often using outcome-based skin-in-the-game engagement models to reduce inventories, increase revenues or reduce costs.

We differentiate in four main areas:

  1. Pure-play consulting: We continue to do this for Client access, thought leadership and having demonstrable senior leader engagements on the business side. We are directly competing with Big4 / Strategy Houses such as McKinsey and BCG through our mix of strong consulting skills with data-driven diagnostic methods.
  2. Transformation Consulting for Outsourcing – for larger outsourcing deals $100M+ we get involved in operating model, transformation, and financial engineering as well as digital strategies and benefits tracking.
  3. Business design Consulting – for Technology implementation – driving the business case, transformation agenda and delivery leadership for business impact related technology implementations.
  4. Rapid digital transformation: A mix of focused consulting sprints coupled with automation / AI deployments to incrementally improve our client’s business performance.

Position Overview

Our Intelligent Enterprise team at Wipro Consulting are looking for an experienced Managing Consultant with a focus on AI enabled business operations transformation to join the Intelligent Enterprise (IE) team. Intelligent Enterprise (IE) team at Wipro Consulting is about partnering with clients to solve their most complex problems and deliver operationally excellent processes, data-driven findings, AI-led solutions, and drive business value realization. The IE team is client-facing and delivers on re-imagining end-to-end process journeys for customers; designing strategic solutions based on AI, Automation and Process Intelligence technologies driving scaled business benefits across business functions across industries. Additionally, providing consulting to our clients on enhancing team performance and adoption, building continuous improvement capability; and coaching leaders on how to embed IE solutions in their operating model.

Job Role:Ideal candidate should have proven experience to drive impactful operational improvements through a broad set of capabilities, combining Lean and Systems Thinking with elements of Business Transformation, Performance Optimization, modern AI/ML, cognitive and data science-based techniques, Process Intelligence, and build strategic capability to drive data-driven continuous operational excellence. We continue to innovate and address our client’s strategic goals, and thats where you come in.
As part of our IE team, you will bring domain and technology expertise to help shape and drive a set of innovative, transformational work across different industry market sectors (Utilities, Retail, CPG, Energy, Telecom, BFSI, Pharmaceutical & Lifesciences and Government).

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Take responsibility for steering projects and programs aimed at enhancing operational performance, ensuring future-ready operations, and developing sustainable AI-led capabilities within clients.
  2. Collaborate with Business leaders to comprehend their strategy and objectives, identifying potential opportunities to innovate and streamline operational processes and performance.
  3. Assist clients in formulating and executing process digitization, automation, and AI strategies with an operational focus that align with broader digital transformation objectives and strategic goals.
  4. Architect, Position, Design, Develop and Deploy enterprise solutions which include components across Process Intelligence, Automation and the Artificial Intelligence spectrum such as Machine Learning, Deep-Learning, Virtual Assistants and Cognitive Services.
  5. Lead the development of value offerings targeted at the C-suite executive community that exploit emerging AI/ML technologies and approaches, leading practices, and/or changes in industry trends.
  6. Assist clients in transforming their work methodologies and management practices, thereby enhancing their technological expertise and promoting the adoption of digital solutions.
  7. Coach and mentor junior team members while leading business development as part of the Consulting leadership team.

Skills & Experience (Essential):

  1. Experience in transformation programme delivery within a consulting-led organization performing diagnostics to identify, baseline and quantify improvement backlog and benefits cases (leveraging data-driven technologies like Process Intelligence and AI), end-to-end process transformation, design and implementation of innovative AI solutions.
  2. 10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in business-facing and delivery of technical solutions role.
  3. Proficient in various data collection, analysis, and visualization methods.
  4. Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and Systems Thinking methodologies.
  5. Skilled in identifying and validating opportunities for technology-driven process optimization, including automation and AI implementation.
  6. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in one or more languages (Python preferred).
  7. Commercial & Open-Source Frameworks to process end to end data management life cycle for NLP, Vision, or similar AI/ML domain.
  8. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Empirical Statistics or Computer Science.
  9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  10. Possess exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in conveying intricate technical concepts to stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
