Senior Brand Manager - Pharmaceuticals


As aSenior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of marketing plans for key generic brands across multiple therapeutic areas. You’ll play a critical role in driving brand performance, supporting launches, and ensuring alignment with commercial goals across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and tactical plans for assigned generic products.
  • Lead cross-functional brand teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and market access.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including launch planning, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and leverage best practices.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust plans to optimize results.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the generics market landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
