As aSenior Biostatistician, you’ll take the lead on biostatistics and programming activities for studies of moderate complexity — from planning and monitoring to execution and delivery. Your work will be critical to ensuring clinical trials are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
🔍What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll drive key statistical tasks including:
- Contributing to protocol development: study design, sample size calculations, and patient randomization
- Designing case report forms with statistical input
- Creating statistical analysis plans and defining derived data
- Designing and reviewing tables, listings, and figures for clinical study reports
- Performing data analysis and interpreting results
- Writing the statistical methods sections of integrated reports
- Ensuring consistency across a program of studies
Bonus: Experience in Oncology is a plus — but not essential.
🎓What We’re Looking For
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a biostatistics role within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong grasp of applied parametric/nonparametric statistics and solid SAS programming skills
- In-depth knowledge of study designs and clinical trial methodology
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Ability to translate complex statistical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
