We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of advanced machine learning solutions that address complex challenges in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. In this role, you will drive the transformation of cutting-edge research into scalable, production-grade AI systems. You’ll work across the full lifecycle—from prototype to deployment—delivering impactful, client-ready solutions that improve outcomes and accelerate innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy fit-for-purpose models and design and implement AI algorithms for pharma and healthcare applications.
Lead the transition of machine learning research into viable prototypes and scalable production systems.
Apply advanced techniques in natural language processing and machine learning to enhance model performance.
Validate and test models to ensure readiness for real-world deployment.
Build prototypes and take ownership from the design to the production of AI-powered products from client implementation.
Design and execute experiments to explore innovative solutions to pharma-related challenges.
Provide technical leadership and consultation for internal teams and external clients.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development and onboarding.

Required Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Several years of experience developing machine learning algorithms and working with large-scale, real-world datasets.
Programming: Proficiency in Python, experience with Java, C++, or deep learning frameworks is a plus.
Tools & Platforms: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines.
Data Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and database systems.

Preferred Technical Skills

Good understanding of AI concepts and technologies, like LangSmith, LangGraph and OpenAI.
Python – Advanced proficiency.
Linux – Intermediate proficiency.
Docker – Intermediate proficiency.
CI/CD – Intermediate proficiency.
SQL & Databases – Intermediate proficiency.
