Are you an experienced medical communications account executive ready to take on your next challenge?

Triducive is an expert medical communications agency specialising in Delphi Consensus to help healthcare organisations make better decisions and foster change. We are the leading provider of consensus-led evidence generation that supports health innovations to succeed.

As a Senior Account Executive you will play a vital role in our consultancy firm, providing co-ordination and alignment (across the team and with clients) to ensure successful project delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with precision and professionalism. You'll oversee various projects from inception to completion, serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams alike. You'll work closely with our Program Director and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, addressing client queries and identifying opportunities to enhance relationships and service delivery.

Project Management:Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to internal processes. Develop core materials, monitor progress, and resolve any challenges that arise.

Strategic Client Development:Assist in identifying client needs and opportunities to enhance project value through additional services.

Operational Excellence:Adhere to internal processes and maintain organised project documentation to ensure seamless information flow. Contribute to the refinement of project management processes by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting changes.

Skills and Experience:

Must Have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in medical communications
  • A degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare market and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving abilities to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Teams and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools
  • Data analysis skills
  • Understanding and knowledge of different therapy areas
