We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Account Director to join our high-performing healthcare practice. This is a rare opportunity to lead integrated campaigns for some of the most exciting names in pharma, biotech and health-tech. The Role

AsSenior Account Director, you’ll:

  • Lead integrated communications programmes across product launches, reputation, disease awareness and more.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for top-tier clients, offering trusted counsel and building long-term partnerships.
  • Craft and execute strategies that span media relations, digital, influencer, patient advocacy, KOL engagement and thought leadership.
  • Manage campaign delivery, timelines and budgets — with excellence.
  • Inspire and develop a talented team, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Stay ahead of healthcare regulations (EFPIA, ABPI, FDA etc.), ensuring every output is compliant and credible.
  • Drive new business opportunities and help shape the future of our growing healthcare offer.

About You

You’re an experienced healthcare communications professional with:

  • Strong agency experience in pharmaceutical and/or health-tech communications.
  • Excellent client handling and an ability to distil complexity into compelling narratives.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a track record of mentoring and inspiring teams.
