Account Director / Senior Account Director

to become a permanent member of their growing Client Services team.

Role:

As the AD/SAD, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact data communications for leading global pharmaceutical clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong

science background

who excels at translating complex data into clear, engaging content for both HCP and patient audiences. You will lead on issues management, data communications, media engagement, and congress/conference activity - including attendance. From content development and media briefings to on-site support and logistics, you’ll be hands-on in making every event a success.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day account operations, supporting the Associate Director
Lead on healthcare PR projects, including timelines, budgets, and strategic planning
Understand client objectives and respond to briefs with creativity and clarity
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare PR or communications
Strong communication skills and adept at building rapport with clients
Ability to work independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure
Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines
Team player mentality, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production teams
Familiarity with ABPI regulations
