Are you a passionate scientist with a strong foundation in biophysics and drug discovery? Then this may be the role for you!

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical research facility that supports drug discovery programs from Target ID through to clinical candidacy looking for a Scientist to join their Biophysics team.

As a Scientist, you’ll play a central role in drug discovery programs, designing and conducting medium-throughput screening and mechanistic studies on small molecule drug candidates. You will independently run experiments and analyse biophysical data, while developing assays using techniques such as Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC). Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum BSc/MSc in a related degree (PhD is desirable)

Hands-on expertise with biophysical techniques such as SPR, ideally within an industrial drug discovery environment.

Excellent communication skills
