Job Title: SAP SCM Consultant
Location: London, UK (Remote - International Travel Invloved)
Job Summary Seeking a seasoned Lead SAP SCM Solution Consultant to drive S/4HANA transformation programs. Focus on end-to-end solution architecture, migrations from legacy systems, and adoption of SCM modules using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies aligned with SAP Activate.
Key Responsibilities Lead SCM architecture for S/4HANA migrations (on-premise and cloud), covering QM, PM, PP, MM, eWM, and TM.
Manage project lifecycles, including blueprinting, workshops, testing, cutover, and integrations with non-SAP systems (e.g., MES, LIMS).
Utilize SAP Activate with Health-Checks, RAIDs, MoSCoW prioritization, and MVP approaches.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, risk management, scope control, and change requests.
Develop business process mappings (AS-IS/TO-BE) and global concepts for PLM, manufacturing, quality events, and supplier collaboration.
Oversee global template rollouts, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and co-innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications Experience 15+ years in SAP consulting, including business process re-engineering and S/4HANA migrations.
Proven expertise in SCM modules (QM, PM, PP, MM) across industries like pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and aviation.
Hands-on with integrations (SAP BTP, MuleSoft) and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Background in global projects at consulting firms or client-side.
Skills Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in PMO tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Microsoft 365).
Multi-cultural teamwork and results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
