Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about keeping production running smoothly? Join us as a Material Planner and play a key role in ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right timesupporting seamless manufacturing operations and driving supply chain efficiency.
How You Will Make An Impact:
Ensure the accuracy of purchase requisitions and material forecasts (up to 24 months) in SAP, collaborating with Procurement and Supply Planning.

Provide strategic suppliers with accurate rolling 12-month forecasts to support supply continuity.

Convert alerts into purchase orders promptly to secure on-time material deliveries in line with production plans and inventory targets.

Act as the key contact for direct procured materials, ensuring timely deliveries of raw and packaging materials per the MRP2 framework.

Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks through participation in Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) and cross-functional collaboration.

Monitor and optimize material inventory levels within defined min/max targets, conducting RCA and implementing corrective actions for unhealthy or obsolete stock.

Maintain accurate and effective master data for material planning in SAP/APO, including MTO setup, supersessions, and withdrawal processes.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying material supply chain inefficiencies and collaborating with Procurement and Operations to implement solutions

What We Are Looking For:
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in material planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally in Pharma or batch production.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and material flow processes, including shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

Proven experience with SAP, MRP, and APO/PPDS systems, with working knowledge of MRP2 preferred.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently analyze issues and implement effective solutions.

Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

Agile and responsive to changes in customer demand or production schedules, maintaining smooth material supply under pressure.

Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate across supply chain, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
