The Company:

This organisation manufactures and distributes a respected and diverse range of urology and stoma care products. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire a Territory Manager to support continued growth. Their products are used by continence nurses, urology teams, and specialist nurses across the NHS and private sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious individual to step into a medical sales role with strong support and career development.

The Role:

As Territory Manager, you'll support urology nursing teams across both hospital and community settings. This is a consultative role requiring excellent product knowledge, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clinical stakeholders. You'll work closely with NHS teams, helping them feel confident in recommending your products to their patients.

The company provides a structured onboarding and training programme, in-field coaching, and a supportive team environment. With an exciting pipeline and a culture that values development, the career and earning potential are very attractive.

Southwest & South Wales

Who are you?

  • You must have some sales experience in healthcare, medical or pharmaceuticals
  • You're a confident relationship-builder and active listener
  • You have a clinical background or strong clinical understanding with commercial awareness
  • You hold a full UK driving licence and are comfortable with daily field travel

The Package:

  • Basic salary: £35,000-£45,000
  • Bonus: Up to £25,000 paid quarterly
  • Company hybrid car
  • Lunch allowance, pension, laptop, mobile
  • 25 days holiday
