Evolve are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join a leading Healthcare organisation specialising in Ophthalmology. This role involves managing and growing the OTC business covering the South East territory mainly through the Pharmacy industry. The successful candidate will drive sales excellence across the product portfolio.
This is a full-time permanent position.

Ideal Requirements for an Area Sales Manager

  • Current or previous pharmacy sales experience is required.
  • Experience within the Medical Device, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
  • Able to present clinical data.
    Role Responsibilities for an Area Sales Manager
  • To conduct effective and challenging customer interactions which progresses account objectives and enhances partnership working.
  • To have a full understanding of the internal customers who could add value to the achievement of account objectives.
  • To create a clear and effective stakeholder map per account, including decision makers, influencers and access generators
