You will be working as part of a high calibre, performance driven sales team, who's passion for improving outcomes help make the lives of patients and the people who care for them, better.

The ideal candidate would be located in Yorkshire and able to travel across the North East territory which is from Yorkshire, up to Scotland.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains outstanding relationships with Stryker's new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth for our Patient Handling products.
  • Managing capital sales cycles for high value products.
  • Building strategies alongside the Marketing to increase brand awareness, selling capabilities and product performance.
  • Providing consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff
  • Attending sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies' products.
  • Meeting annual sales targets in addition to other key performance objectives


What you need

  • Ideally, a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrable success selling Surgical or Medical capital sales equipment is desirable, although not essential
  • A track record of sales success
  • A valid UK drivers' license
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including NHS personnel and private medical staff.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
  • Proven ability to attain new business and perform against financial targets
