Job Description

TheGlobal Director, Sales Enablementmanages complex RFI/RFP responses and oversees proposal creation and execution. This role involves independent orchestration of proposals, crafting new best-in-class content, curating team content, and ensuring alignment with client needs.

The Director is responsible for guiding project/pitch teams, ensuring quality and efficiency across deliverables, and maintaining integrity in all growth data, including sales and opportunity activities.

The Director works closely with the EU-based global growth team to support initiatives and growth activities throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while driving continuous improvement and innovation. They serve as a trusted point of contact for teams and internally, pushing teams to think critically and collaboratively, and escalating issues when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage RFIs/RFPs, ensuring alignment with client needs and the highest quality of proposals.
  • Independently lead RFI/RFP written responses - shape response narrative ensuring there is a clear and constructive roadmap, author and craft new content, orchestrate and lead team to shape response ensuring quality and accurate outputs
  • Proven project oversight to ensure quality and efficiency - across both large RFIs/RFPs and internal initiatives; close partnership with project managers to ensure efficiency; proactively work to strengthen approach and share learnings
  • Fostering collaboration and driving critical thinking to address client challenges.
  • Ensure alignment with business imperatives and client needs, while keeping a focus on long-term goals.
  • Collaborate and manage across teams, level and departments-acting as a trusted leader that is comfortable managing up and down and able to escalate red flags and pushing for what is needed
  • Confidently apply critical thinking and contribute a critical voice to meetings articulating considerations, ideas, challenges, recommendations and new ways to explore a solution while addressing client needs
  • Act as a go-to resource and guide within Agency BD and beyond on best-in-class BD assets, content, resources, and example RFIs/RFPs
  • Collaborate with project managers and Account Services to oversee large projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
  • Continuously refine processes and share best practices, integrating client feedback to enhance service delivery and experience.

  • Proven content creation, content curation, and proposal writing mastery, ensuring high quality responses and pitches.
  • Excellent at synthesizing data and offering strategic insights to enhance business development.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and navigate complex dynamics, guiding them toward solutions.
  • Proven ability to anticipate client needs and drive a proactive, solutions-oriented approach that enhances the overall client experience
  • Ability to address challenges independently while encouraging teams to think innovatively and critically.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively offer insights and critical thinking regarding business, industry, client needs, and opportunities.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring efficiency and quality in all stages.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, considering both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with client-facing professionalism.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or similar qualification)
  • 8 to 12 years of industry experience in business development, with expertise in managing complex proposals and pitches
  • Prior experience in large network agencies or AOR/DAOR advertising is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to work in the UK or EU and travel internationally as part of work.
