You work closely with your Operations & Commercial Lead, Heads of Disciplines and ALT members, recommending the most suitable resource for each job. A key part of your role is building strong relationships within your agencies to share knowledge and experience from a production stance.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Monitor and address any unapproved resource booking extensions, ensuring alignment with the budget and scope defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), and escalating issues to the appropriate discipline leads as needed
  • Ensure the briefing process is rigorously followed by client services teams and that resource requests correspond to written time estimates provided by the creative, medical, strategy and other disciplines
  • Ensure Creative, Medical, Strategy, and other disciplines feel fully supported and protected by overseeing appropriate casting and the allocation of sufficient time to deliver high-quality work, without exceeding the approved hours outlined in SOWs
  • Coordinate resource sharing, freelancers and third parties, prioritising shared agency support where appropriate
  • Monitor timesheets and approvals

This role could be a great fit for you if:

  • You have worked in an agency in a similar operational role – 3 years’ experience
  • You have great project management experience
  • Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Financially and commercially aware
  • Multitasker and able to move from one project to another seamlessly
