Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days in the office, London Bridge
Working under the supervision of the Head of Project Management, the Project Manager will work closely with a multi-functional team of key stakeholders such as Creatives, Artworkers, Video editors, Digital Designers, Developers, Writers, and Resource Planners to ensure all of the internal execution of client briefs are a success
You’ll lead projects end-to-end, ensuring all key stakeholders are involved and momentum is maintained throughout delivery. We're looking for a proactive, action-oriented project manager who takes ownership quickly and thrives both independently and as part of a larger team. You should have a keen eye for detail, strong relationship-building skills, and proven experience managing creative projects from concept through to completion.
Working closely with the Client Services team, the Project Manager will be one step ahead when it comes to project planning, with their eye on scopes, budgets and timelines at all times whilst meeting, and where possible exceeding, client expectations.
The Project Manager will be responsible for making the project happen behind the scenes, taking the brief from the account handlers and support in all areas from scoping, timing plans, budgets, project trackers, and resource plans for both internal resource and freelance support, escalating issues where appropriate.
Experience:
At least 2 years project management experience gained from working in a busy agency environment
A proven track record of excellent project management skills, as well as communications skills both verbal and written will be essential to thrive in this role.
Experienced in delivering projects on time and on budget, with a strong attention to detail throughout project documentation
A proven track record of balancing and managing multiple projects, of varying sizes, at one time
Certified in a relevant project management qualification e.g. Agile or Prince2
A proven track record of managing creative campaigns from conceptualisation to final delivery.
A proven track record in managing video projects, non-digital assets such as print material, and congress deliverables.
A proven track record of successfully implementing digital projects (websites, applications, HTML banners, HTML emails, custom digital projects)
Creative and/or digital industry knowledge – understanding of design processes and creative workflows across different mediums.
