The Role: Regional Sales Manager – Scotland

This is a consultative technical sales role where you will manage an existing customer base while also identifying and securing new opportunities across multiple industrial sectors. You will engage with OEMs, end users, and distribution partners, acting as a trusted advisor on high-performance engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow revenue across Scotland.
✅ Manage, develop, and nurture relationships with OEMs, key accounts, and distribution partners.

✅ Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven sales experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
