Do you want to shape your own sales territory, work remotely, and earn well with a lucrative uncapped commission structure?
If so, read on to learn more about the brand new Regional Sales Manager role...
Why You Should Join
No more long commutes or late-night reporting, just more time for family, hobbies or that early gym session.
This remote field sales role gives you full control, with no fixed travel expectations.
You’ll earn 2% on every sale.
(That’s £2–3k extra per month, already being earned by your peers.)
You’ll be the first sales hire in your region, South or East Midlands/North East, so you won’t inherit anyone else’s patch.
It’s a blank canvas to build your way, with a realistic OTE of £55–60k in year one.
Run your territory your way, with no micromanagement and full trust.
You’ve got a huge opportunity to succeed in sales…
You’ll sell high-quality, market-leading products, often with little or no competition.
These products aren’t ‘nice-to-haves’ for customers.
They’re regulatory must-haves, essential for compliance, safety and operations.
That means demand is strong and the market’s wide open.
If you thrive on variety, this will keep you interested.
You’ll manage four product lines, each with different use cases, deal sizes and cycles, so you won’t hit a ceiling.
As one of the first hires in a new team structure, there's clear potential to grow, whether that’s team leadership or another path.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own your region, South or East Midlands/North East, building new relationships and growing revenue across four product lines.
Your focus will be around 70% new business and 30% account management, working with both end users and resellers.
You’ll be travelling to meet customers, when needed, but this is not a ‘milk round’ style of sales role.
There is no minimum expectation, but it's something you’ll do when the prize is right.
You’ll be selling products that actually stand out, including best-in-class steel units, proven bunding solutions and emerging flood defence and lithium battery storage lines with barely any competition.
You’ll be selling across a huge range of sectors, including: Construction, Local Government, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Logistics and many more, giving you a huge market of opportunity to go after.
Some deals land in a day. Others take 12 months.
The short-cycle wins, like plastics and lithium, keep revenue flowing and your numbers moving.
The long-cycle steel projects are the six-figure deals that build long-term value. You’ll always have something closing, something brewing, and something big in the works.
It gives you a smart and sustainable sales rhythm which makes hitting the target feel a lot more predictable.
Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll join a manufacturer with 25+ years in safety and environmental protection.
From spill containment to lithium battery storage cabinets, it’s the only UK firm offering a fully in-house solution, a unique selling point that gives you a real edge.
Customers get one supplier, one trusted partner, and no half-baked bolt-ons, making your pitch simpler and stronger.
What you’ll need to apply:
At least 7 years B2B field sales experience.
You’ve got a proven track record of developing new business
You’ve sold physical products.
You’ve sold into a mix of sectors.
You sell consultatively and on value, not price.
This Probably Isn’t for You If…
You prefer inheriting a warm patch.
You’re all about selling on price, not value.
Ready to build your own patch, work your way and win big in a market that’s wide open and ready for the taking?
Please click the ‘Apply’ button.
Don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date. Just send what you have, and we’ll deal with that later.
