The role requires developing culinary formulationsand related stability performance through demonstratedunderstanding of food formulation, and influence of materials andprocessing conditions in delivering taste for meat-based soup,stocks, sauces, and gravies. It requires to utilize Kerrytechnology to deliver unique solutions and the ability to work withcross functional teams to optimize the strengths of Kerry anddeliver the best Taste and Nutrition experience for customers. TheStocks & Broths Creator requires to demonstrateprofessionalism, flexibility, and adaptability to change togetherwith good interpersonal and communication skills. Keyresponsibilities - Lead developer supporting Stocks & Brothsopportunity pipeline. - Build strong customer relationships,delivering customer centric solutions and manage customeropportunities to drive Business growth. - Deliver innovation byhaving good understanding of market trends, regulations &restriction, ingredients, customer requirements and processes.Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them intobreakthrough strategies and innovative solutions - Developcollection in partnership with Portfolio Manager. - Conductingresearch and sensory testing for the improvement of existingproducts and the development of new, outlining procedures andspecifications. - Utilize Kerry technologies in stocks & brothscreation to meet Taste needs and expectations. - Ensuringappropriate documentation of experimental trials and outcomes tofacilitate scale up and product transfer to manufacturing. ` -Supporting manufacturing site to optimise product production andprocess improvement. - Partner wider team & functions: processengineers, flavour experts, application teams, account managers,suppliers, finance, and regulatory specialists to support projectactivity and deliver optimum results. - Managing and maintainingcategory collections which includes sourcing of products, stockmaintenance, sample requests, tracking and communication withaccount managers. - Mentor, Train and Develop internal talentaligning career development goals with organizational objectives.Qualifications and skills - Further Education in a culinary, food,food science, or chef environment - Minimum of 5 years’ experienceworking in a technical product development role, with a proventrack record of creating culinary dishes or products utilisingnatural ingredients or other culinary taste technologies andprocesses. - Restaurant chef experience preferred but notessential. - Ability to communicate effectively, present technicalwork to internal stakeholders and external customers. - Aligned toKerry shared values: courage, ownership, inclusiveness,open-mindedness, and enterprising spirit. - Action oriented, have aculture of innovation, must be resilient and have gooddecision-making qualities. - A high level of attention to detailand the highest quality standards. - Good kitchen & laboratorypractices. - Good computer skills - Flexible Travel - A love ofpreparing and evaluating food. - An inquisitive and enquiring mind.Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to representus.
