Our client, a well-established and highly respectedmanufacturer, is entering an exciting new chapter. Following theretirement of a long-standing Quality Manager after 15 yearsof dedicated service and progression within the business, they are now seeking a new leader to bring clarity, energy, and structure to theirquality function.


This isn't just about maintaining standards; it's about setting them. You'll have the opportunity to assess, rebuild where needed, and drive continuous improvement across the board. What You'll Do

  • Lead and enhance theISO 9001 Quality Management System, embedding consistency and rigour across the operation
  • Take ownership ofquality systems, compliance, and improvement initiatives
  • Conductinternal audits and site inspections, ensuring standards are met and exceeded
  • Champion aculture of quality and continuous improvementacross departments
  • Investigatenon-conformities and incidents, ensuring robust root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Coach, develop and engage your team while collaborating cross-functionally to raise standards
  • Bring fresh eyes and structured thinking to a function ready for its next evolution
