Our client, a well-established and highly respected manufacturer, is entering an exciting new chapter. Following the retirement of a long-standing Quality Manager after 15 years of dedicated service and progression within the business, they are now seeking a new leader to bring clarity, energy, and structure to their quality function.

This isn't just about maintaining standards; it's about setting them. You'll have the opportunity to assess, rebuild where needed, and drive continuous improvement across the board. What You'll Do

Lead and enhance the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, embedding consistency and rigour across the operation
Take ownership of quality systems, compliance, and improvement initiatives
Conduct internal audits and site inspections, ensuring standards are met and exceeded
Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments
Investigate non-conformities and incidents, ensuring robust root cause analysis and corrective action
Coach, develop and engage your team while collaborating cross-functionally to raise standards
Bring fresh eyes and structured thinking to a function ready for its next evolutionWhat You'll Bring

Proven experience leading quality systems within a manufacturing environment
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and wider regulatory standards
Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance obligations
