Outskirts of Scunthorpe
£60,000 to £65,000 + benefits
Monday to Friday 40hrs per week – Days
Permanent

Our client is currently looking for a Quality Manager to join their growing team near Scunthorpe. This role will involve leading activities to ensure QMS and manufacturing Quality is met at all times as well as supporting other members of the site.

What will the Quality Manager be doing?

Working closely with the senior leadership team to embed a culture of quality, offering support and guidance on this
Develop and implement Quality Management strategy and plans, including resources, systems, timescales, financial and support
Develop, sustain and improve QMS in accordance with company procedure,e including BRC/ISO Standards, GMP/GDP. Customer codes of practice, HACCP Level 4)
Responsible for the timely processing and closure of customer feedback through the QMS Complaint process, escalating critical issues as appropriate.
Manage Quality team according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc.).
What are we looking for in the Quality Manager?

Strong FMCG Experience within the flexographic, pharmaceutical, medical or packaging sector
Strong understanding of processes, machinery and unique quality
Knowledge of COSHH & relevant H&S regulations
Stakeholder engagement
Leadership experience on a senior level
