My Client who are a leading manufacturer within their field are seeking an experienced Quality Inspection Team Leader to join their team due to continued growth and expansion.
You will be responsible for a team of inspectors and be the main point of contact between customer site and manufacturing.
Quality Inspection Team Leader Requirements:
Experience working within automotive manufacturing
Experience dealing with customers / clients and negotiating
Experience identifying issues and raising to senior management
Arabic as a second language (desirable)
Experience with MS Office/ Excel
Quality Inspector Team Leader Duties:
Managing a team of inspectors to identify and resolve quality issues
Coordinating with the customer to ensure any issues claimed on the customer line are contained and resolved promptly
Participation on daily customer meetings to provide updates and gather feedback: Details of quantity checked / quantity rejected / overview of issues
Daily Communication with the customer to decide on rejected parts
Providing detailed daily reports
Details of issues detected during the incoming inspection / Details of issues detected in customer line
Ensuring that quality check procedures are completely followed
