Senior Aftercare Manager 

This role would suit someone coming from a Construction Management, Site Management or Works lead as well as a PM background.

Role Overview

TSL is seeking an experienced Aftercare Manager for a full-time role based in Germany. This position will be responsible for completion, follow up post completion, supporting the guarantee period with snagging, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and overseeing all phases of project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

Manage and expedite project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Oversee and conduct inspections to maintain strict quality standards.
Lead logistics management, including materials procurement and resource coordination.
Provide end-to-end project management, covering budget, scope, quality, and risk.
Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, resolving issues and promoting project success.
Qualifications

Extensive experience in project management within technical construction or a related field.
Strong skills in expediting, inspection management, and logistics coordination.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in Construction in Germany would be an advantage.
