HVAC Site Supervisor

📍 Location: Cumbria
💰 Rate: £40 - £45 per hour, (Outside IR35)
📆 Job Type: Contract, 3 months +

The Role

Are you an experienced HVAC professional with a passion for leadership and high-quality project delivery? We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive HVAC Site Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team and help drive success on a variety of exciting projects.

As a key member of their site team, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth operations, maintain safety standards, and oversee high-quality HVAC installations ripping out fire-damaged ductwork on buildings on site. What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Safety First! Promote and maintain a positive health and safety culture on-site.
🔹 Quality Control: Inspect installations, complete snag lists, ripping out fire-damaged ductwork on buildings on site and ensure top-notch workmanship.
🔹 Project Planning: Work closely with the Site Manager to organize labour, materials, and subcontractors.
🔹 Client Liaison: Represent the company professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
🔹 On-Site Supervision: Lead and coordinate teams to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC or construction supervision.
✅ SSSTS trained (or equivalent site safety certification).
✅ NVQ/City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade.
✅ Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site management best practices.
✅ Experienced in supervision of turnkey projects within your expertise including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works, pharmaceutical or healthcare projects.

✅ Experience of working on harnesses.

✅IT literate with excellent communication and organisational skills.
