Our client, a leading provider of enabling technologies for industrial growth markets, is seeking a motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join their team in Lincoln. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company that operates across diverse sectors, including aerospace and defence, factory automation, environmental monitoring, electronics design, and more.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you will support the QSHE Manager and be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across the organization. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage inspection processes for both incoming and outgoing components.
Handle non-conformance issues and lead improvement initiatives.
Conduct vendor audits and drive performance improvements.
Perform internal audits and engage in continuous improvement activities.
Develop and implement inspection standards and quality system tools.
Provide expert guidance on quality management processes and industry best practices.
Analyse process control data and report key performance metrics.
Support management with actionable insights for review meetings and strategic planning.Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Must have previous experience as a Quality Engineer
Must have quality function experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be from an engineered manufacturing background (Automotive, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Defence, Medical Device)Company Benefits
