    Key Responsibilities for the Lead Quality Engineer:
  • Lead and manage the quality department with complete autonomy to implement improvements and drive a “right first time” culture
  • Develop and mentor a team, instilling a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence across all processes
  • Oversee First Article Inspection Reports, ensuring alignment with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
  • Shape and maintain the Quality Manual, keeping procedures current with industry standards while supporting business needs
  • Actively supervise production quality, verifying each step meets the highest standards
    Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Friday: 08:30 - 13:30
    Who You Are:
  • An ambitious Lead Quality Engineer with experience in a regulated industry and a strong desire to move into management
  • Excited by the prospect of owning and developing a department, making key process improvements, and contributing to company growth
  • Able to commute to Southampton or open to relocation, with the existing right to work in the UK
