Join Our Quality Control Team as a Quality Control Scientist!

Are you ready to take your analytical skills to the next level? Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is on the lookout for a passionate Quality Control Scientist to join their dynamic team in Heysham.

Please note - The initial engagement will span six months, with the possibility of extending the contract or transitioning to a permanent role contingent upon the project's success.

Position Details:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Starting Rate: £13.49 per hour - Opportunity to upskill and grow with the company
6 Months with the possibility of going permanent or extension.What You'll Do:

analyse raw materials and samples using validated analytical techniques with precision and accuracy.
Follow quality system requirements and procedures to ensure smooth material approval.
Maintain meticulous records and update the Laboratory Information Management System.
Conduct safety audits and promote a clean, safe working environment in line with EHS policies.
Collaborate with team members and take on additional tasks as needed.What We're Looking For:

Experience in a laboratory setting is a plus, but not essential-your enthusiasm to learn is what matters!
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions.
