Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician (Temporary)

End Date: 6 months after start date- Possible extension
Pay Rate: £15.28 per hour
Working Hours/Shifts: 4 shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)
Paid Weekly Hours: 40.25 hours per week
Location: Swindon
Job Description
Main Objective:
To perform activities within the Quality Assurance group to ensure and demonstrate the quality of manufactured products, in line with company principles.
Main Responsibilities:
Execute QA Technician duties as directed by the Line Manager.
Ensure compliance with current GMP regulations relevant to the role.
Accurately follow written instructions.
Conduct QA equipment checks according to relevant SOPs to maintain equipment cleanliness.
Complete all required logbooks and documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
Respond promptly to equipment check requests, prioritising business needs.
Communicate task results, informing relevant parties of any issues or failures.
Raise SOSs and adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
Perform any additional tasks as required by line management.
Essential Requirements:
Background in quality assurance
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
