My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to join their team due to continued growth.

This role will support the Quality department to compile manufacturing records for product release.

Quality Administrator Requirements:

Experience of working within an office/ manufacturing environment
Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
Good levels of numeracy and literacy
Strong I.T. skills, being particularly knowledgeable with Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently, subject to overall direction or guidance and to take responsibility forcompleting tasks and procedures

Quality Administrator Duties:

To provide efficient and timely administrative service to the Quality Team to ensure internal and customer requirements are met.
Undertaking any other reasonable tasks or requests as required.

Collate and check records generated on shop floor by operators, production management and inspectors for accuracy and completeness ensuring any anomalies are raised and addressed.
Carrying out general administration duties including photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving of quality documentation
Co-ordinate automation and development of Lifetime Quality Records (LQRs) processes for inspection sign-off in line with Customer requirements.Liaison with internal and external parties as necessary.
Support with central document control function for technical queries, production permits, concessions, early warning notices and other quality records.
To ensure all quality documentation packs are collated and prepared in appropriate formats and provided to Logistics department ready for product dispatch as well as finance for invoicing purposes.
Support the in addressing customer and other authority's queries regarding quality assurance and documentation.
