About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity to lead one of the companies key priorities: putting customers first. You will support the Programme Manager in delivering improved services and enhancing the teams capability to serve as the single front door for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a project plan aimed at enhancing the customer journey within the customer experience team and across front-facing service areas
Ensure Knowledge Hub materials align with company standards, maintaining version control and a clear audit trail
Streamline knowledge transfer and training activities to improve response times
Explore enhancements like web platforms and self-service options to elevate the customer experience
Build strong relationships across the organisation and enhance service delivery
Display good knowledge of AI insights to drive change
