Are you a technically-minded Project Engineer looking for a challenging, varied role where you can take full ownership of bespoke engineering projects?

Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of custom process equipment and machinery, is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of projects extending into next year and several exciting new product lines recently launched, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of innovative engineering solutions across sectors including Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Dairy, and Refrigeration.

This site employs around 200 people and maintains a family-oriented culture where collaboration and personal development are highly valued. They’re now looking to expand their Project Engineering team with someone who can hit the ground running, work closely with customers, and bridge the gap between commercial and technical teams.

The Role
Take complete responsibility for delivering bespoke engineering projects from concept through to completion.

Customer-facing technical liaison – serve as the conduit between clients and the internal engineering team.

Manage all aspects of project delivery, including risk identification, change control, issue tracking, and quality assurance.

Coordinate high-volume, medium-scale projects using structured project management processes.

What We're Looking For
A proactive, technically-minded Project Engineer or aspiring Project Manager.

Background in engineering or manufacturing is essential.

A self-starter with the confidence to take ownership and make a real impact in a growing team.

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients on technical matters.
