Here at Logic Fire & Security, we have a new opening for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team in our Knaresborough office.

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our construction projects within the Fire and Security sector. From coordinating daily schedules and managing key administrative tasks to handling material orders and plant hire, your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of our projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into a project management role. If you are organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced, reactive environment, we would like to hear from you.

What you receive for joining us:

We’re looking to offer a salary starting at £28,000 to £32,000 per annum. In addition, you will receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off, with the option to purchase additional holiday. You’ll also benefit from a standard company pension and opportunities for long-term development.

Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

Taking charge of scheduling and coordinating project activities, including engineer calendars, materials, and plant hire
Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Project Manager, helping manage workloads, updates, and project progress
Managing project paperwork, raising purchase orders, tracking documents, and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression and timely updates

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

Experience in scheduling and coordinating teams or projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and smooth day-to-day operations
A background in the fire & security or electrical sectors is desirable, but not essential. We're looking for someone who can learn quickly, follow procedures, and uphold compliance and safety standards for end users
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to manage data and documentation efficiently
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, reactive environment where priorities shift quickly, and still maintain your workload effectively

Do you see yourself reflected in the description above? If so, we encourage you to submit your application today. Uncertain whether your skills align perfectly? Don't hesitate to apply regardless; we value candidates with diverse skill sets and will carefully consider all applicants.
