Job Description

This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) based at our Chadderton, Oldham location.
In this role, the focus is on overseeing the quality, planning, and productivity of Pneumatics and related processes to ensure operational excellence through effective day-to-day management.

Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, managing scheduling and planning activities, and upholding standards in health and safety, human resources, and overall productivity.

The role also emphasizes fostering a culture of discipline and continuous improvement, driving enhancements to the work environment infrastructure to support long-term efficiency and team performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Technical knowledge
Essential:

• Basic understanding of lean management techniques
• Experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team
• Practical experience of following and applying health and safety standards Personal Specification: Essential
• Run and maintain tier KPI boards
