Responsibilities:

• Manage production of aseptic pharmaceutical products.
  
• Lead and train the production team, ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
  
• Coordinate staff schedules and oversee maintenance of production equipment.
  
• Assist in the development and management of quality systems.
  
• Participate in the management team at a strategic level.
  ​
  Experience:
  
• Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical production
  
• Managerial or supervisory experience is essential.
  
• Equipment validation experience is an advantage but not essential.
  
• Any prior experience with sterile pharmaceuticals is an advantage.​

  Skills/Attributes:
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
