Siemens Healthineers are recruiting for a Customer Services and Production Planner to manage the logistics planning for the delivery of isotopes from our radiopharmaceutical production facilities in London and Nottingham.  The role will help optimise the production capabilities of the manufacturing sites and ensure the timely delivery of vital radiopharmaceuticals to our customers. The role is also responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications with customers.

Your role:
Production Planning

Receive, acknowledge, and process customer orders.
Utilise production planning software to optimise batch production across 2 sites for multiple products, based on customer requirements.
Logistics planning. Identify and order courier numbers for delivery of all radiopharmaceuticals.
Liaising with customers regarding any potential production issues and delays.
Ensure up to date customer licensing details are maintained within the planning software

Customer services

Address customer queries via phone, email, providing accurate and timely information
Communicating with customers regarding any issues with supply (delays, ETAs, production issues etc.)
Maintenance of customer contact lists in outlook.
Work closely with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Sales, to address complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.

Your expertise:

Have customer service and/or scheduling experience
Able to work independently
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns
Time Management: Flexibility and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.​
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Working pattern:

·       2 week shift rota, with shift pattern as below, covering either production planning or customer service: 7 am – 3pm – Customer service; 12 pm – 8 pm – Production Planning
