Production Operator Location: Deeside Salary: £24,900 per annum, rising after probation period Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Your Role as a Production Operator:

Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials for production batches.
Monitor production to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by supporting the cleaning and sanitisation of equipment and production areas.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to following procedures.
Basic IT skills for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a regulated environment.
