Wolviston Management Services are delighted to be supporting our client in the search for Production Operatives to join their dedicated Manufacturing and Packaging team within a well-established Veterinary Medicines Production Unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing pharmaceutical business, where you'll contribute to the safe and compliant production of life-enhancing veterinary medicines. Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment is desirable, but not essential - full training on internal systems and processes will be provided.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Operate across all stages of the production and packaging process, including weighing, packing, labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.
Carry out a variety of manual handling tasks (between 5kg and 20kg), following all health and safety protocols.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and compliance in line with GMP and regulatory expectations (VMD/MHRA).
Take pride in your work area, contributing to a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Follow written procedures precisely and record data accurately to ensure full traceability and quality. What We're Looking For:

Functional English and Maths skills - both verbal and written.
High attention to detail with the ability to work methodically and accurately.
Strong team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures (SOPs).
Willingness to learn and develop within a highly specialised manufacturing team. Desirable:

Experience working in a GMP-regulated, pharmaceutical, or other highly controlled manufacturing environment.
