The Head of Production is Responsible for Managing the Production Department and Relevant Personnel, Ensuring Fully Operational and Compliant with Local, Regional, National and Corporate Quality Standards

The Head of Production will Initially be Based in North London, Transferring to a Newly Created Bedfordshire Facility

ROLE

• Overall Management of the Production Department and Quality Compliance
  
  
• Represent the Production Department in Group Site Management Meetings
  
  
• Develop and Enhance the Skills of Production Operators to Achieve and Sustain High Performance
  
  
• Collaborate with International Management on Shared Projects or Tasks
  
  
• Oversee production, storage, and quality control of all products, including approval of instructions and adherence to procedures.
  
  
• Monitor and Approve Outsourced Production Activities and Report Incidents to Regional to the Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs Department
  
  
• Maintain and validate production facilities and equipment, perform bioburden programs, and conduct investigations and root cause analysis for deviations and complaints.
  
  
• Provide Regular Updates to the Site Manager and Act as the Key Contact for All Site Production-Related Activities
  
  REQUIRED
  
  
• Background in Radiochemistry or Related Scientific Field
  
  
• Knowledge of Radiochemical Processes and the EA Licensing Process
  
  
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in a Manufacturing Environment, Preferably in Pharmaceutical Production
  
  
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  
  
• Familiarity with Drafting SOP’s
  
  
• Commitment to Customer Service
