Full Job Description


MedChemExpress has an immediate opening for Technical Support Specialist base in the UK. This is a full time position with career advancement opportunities within the company. You must be available to work from Monday to Friday and willing to travel. You must be legally working in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Sale Support:

  • Provide technical support to EMEA sales teams, helping with sales lead generation, the development of stable customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with product managers to deliver technical training to internal and external sales teams.
  • Represent the company in technical meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Liaise with sales and technical teams to facilitate communication with key accounts and projects, monitor project progression, and prevent technical communication errors and obstacles. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customers.

Marketing support:

  • Design, polish, and proofread both physical and digital marketing materials such as monthly emails, landing pages, and brochures to maintain accuracy and consistency in technical information and tone of voice.
  • Represent MCE at conferences and exhibitions, presenting relevant product/brand information to the targeted audiences in talks and posters.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to broaden business activities and refine promotional strategies, exploring conference events and online advertising platforms.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related fields.(Mandatory).Specializations in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, or Biochemistry are desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients and staff, emphasizing a customer service orientation and a business-driven approach.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical support/customer service/product content operation in the biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Tech-minded and eager to keep abreast of trending scientific progress.
  • Friendly and engaging personality, open-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and writtenEnglish and Chinese.(Must)
