With a strong focus on innovation and impact, the team is rapidly growing and looking for a Product Manager to help drive their vision forward. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth, with the potential to transition into a Head of Product position as the company scales.


The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with experience in the pharma/life sciences industry to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI/ML-powered solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both the pharmaceutical sales life cycle and the software development life cycle within the industry. You'll be instrumental in shaping the company's product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products meet customer and business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Work closely with AI/ML engineers and development teams to translate industry needs into scalable software solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive product differentiation.
  • Oversee the full product life cycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, championing their needs in product decisions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in the pharma/life sciences industry, with strong knowledge of the pharma sales and software life cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in a Product Manager role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in AI/ML-powered solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment.
