  • Competitive starting salary between £29,000-£34,000 inc. Shift Allowance & company benefits
    Key Responsibilities:
    You will play a vital role in the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage , whilst on shift you will receive a shift allowance & hand over payment . Tasks include:
  • Operating automated filling and packaging machinery
  • Conducting process testing and analysing data
  • Completing batch documentation and collecting samples
  • Maintaining GMP standards across all operations
  • Performing bulk and end-of-line packaging
  • Carrying out in-process quality checks
  • Relocating inspected or packed materials
  • Supporting clean-in-place (CIP) procedures and HSE compliance
    What you will need:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Strong team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Proven ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential
