As a Bulk Operator, you will play a vital role in our clients’ manufacturing operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining large-scale processing equipment, monitoring production batches, troubleshooting technical issues, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while advancing your career in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor large-scale production equipment used in the manufacture of bulk pharmaceutical products, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimise downtime and prevent disruptions to production.
  • Adhere to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain product quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Handle raw materials and intermediates with care, ensuring correct usage and storage to maintain product integrity.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
