Job Description Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of a global leader? This is a dynamic and varied opportunity within Rotorks Commercial team, where your analytical expertise will directly influence how we sell our market-leading products across key segments
Reporting to the Commercial Pricing Manager, youll work closely with teams across Finance, Product Management, and Sales to support the execution of our Growth+ strategy. Youll lead data analysis across Rotorks product portfolio to ensure competitive positioning and pricing in the market. This includes evaluating market data, sales volumes, discounts and margins, to support strategic sales decisions.
Youll also identify risks in pricing approaches and develop mitigation strategies, while conducting won-lost analysis to refine pricing and discount rules. Using pricing tools and analytics software, youll model scenarios, assess the impact of pricing changes on profitability and sales, and deliver insights that optimise revenue and support global quotation systems.
Were seeking a detail-oriented, commercially minded analyst who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights. Youll be comfortable juggling multiple projects and confident in communicating your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience within Engineeredor Manufactured products.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets to uncover insights and trends
Experience with ERP/CRM systems and pricing tools to support scalable, global pricing processes
A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field
The successful candidate:
Be a proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data work
Communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate effectively across teams, contributing to shared goals and success
Use data-driven thinking to enhance customer value and support strategic pricing decisions
