Job Description

THE TEAM:

Our Global Pricing & Market Access (PMA) team at Navlin is a dynamic, international group that combines deep inhouse expertise with real-time intelligence—from pricing and HTA updates to regulatory news—via Navlin’s industry-benchmark platform. Empowered by advanced price-management software and launch-sequence simulation tools (navlin.com), we deliver strategic, well-informed recommendations on pricing and access for our clients.

Composed of top talent from across Europe, our multicultural team blends local market nuance with creative synergy. We embrace a flexible remote-working model—fully supported by robust IT tools—and maintain satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan, freely accessible to all team members. Our team is rapidly expanding with consistent year-on-year growth.

Our project portfolio includes critical initiatives such as, among others, launch sequencing and pricing strategies for ATMPs and orphan drugs, indication-expansion planning, LOE strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence—spanning Europe and global markets. While a dedicated team oversees U.S. initiatives, we lead global efforts across Europe, APAC, and LATAM.

We also collaborate closely with Eversana’s internal functions—commercial, HEOR, medical affairs, and others— in global launch execution projects, ensuring PMA remains central to global launch execution of new assets

THE POSITION:

The Consultant, Global Pricing and Market Access position will be involved in delivering client consultancy projects and helping to manage project-related analytics, data and tools available through our industry platform Navlin or dedicated secondary and primary research. The Consultant will ensure that tasks within client projects or internal activities are delivered to schedule, while maintaining the highest level of quality and value expectations.

The Consultant will lead research and analysis focused around: pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTA, etc. The Consultant will be involved in identifying client needs and problems and implementing robust strategic and data driven solutions, while managing own workload to prepare the client deliverables. In addition, the Consultant will also contribute to business development through the development of proposals. Activities will be executed under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, mainly remotely due to remote team composition. In some cities with physical Eversana offices, the Consultant is fully able to use the company office, as well.

The role is home office based, (full-time position), located in the United Kingdom, Remote.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our consultants are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of the project team. These results are achieved by:



  • Designing and executing client analyses & deliverables

  • Developing client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to client

  • Providing follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction

  • Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions, applying a solution-orientated approach and looking to add client value wherever possible

  • Developing of intellectual property for use on future engagements

  • Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and life science know-how through on-the-job experience and training

  • Applying high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English

  • Applying excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, and ability to present information in compelling and creative ways (story telling through data, insights, effective slides)

  • Occasional management of more junior resources, such as associate consultants or interns

  • Working effectively in a remote environment, often with limited face-to-face contact with team members and client counterparts

  • However, working under supervision of a more senior member of the team, usually with daily alignments on operative tasks.



Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • B.S./B.A in relevant field of study required (life sciences or economic/managerial sciences, medical engineering).

  • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience and/or 2-4 years management consulting experience

  • Understanding of life sciences business practices and the issues clients face in specific segments of responsibility

  • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of the market research development process

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative market research skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Ability to structure and use large amounts of data and other types of information from multiple sources to complete a final analysis of a business question/situations and make recommendations

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on several projects and multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Demonstrated self-awareness and accountability

  • Ability to lead and own personal projects

  • Ability to establish credibility in front of clients at companies

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately up to 10% of annual worktime, mainly for off-site company events).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH).

  • Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modelling/forecasting would be a plus to effectively lead Global Pricing and Market Access projects for key clients.

  • 2+ years of management consulting experience.
