We are a fast-growing, purpose-driven healthcare communications agency that partners with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech organisations to deliver engaging, compliant, and impactful content. As we expand, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to join our team and elevate the visual standard of our client-facing materials.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality, on-brand presentations (mainly in PowerPoint ) for use across internal and external meetings, pitches, and scientific communications. You’ll work closely with our client services, medical writing, and creative teams to bring complex ideas to life with clarity and polish.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for pitches, client meetings, and medical education events.
Translate complex scientific and healthcare information into clear, engaging visuals and slides.
Apply consistent branding and style guidelines across all materials.
Collaborate with writers, designers, and account managers to ensure high-quality outputs on tight deadlines.
Occasionally support the creation of other visual content (e.g. templates, infographics, internal decks).
Skills & Experience
Proven experience designing PowerPoint presentations in a professional or agency setting.
Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to interpret complex content, particularly in healthcare or science fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Experience working in a healthcare, pharma, or medical communications environment.
Basic knowledge of compliance and referencing in pharma materials (e.g., ABPI).
Familiarity with video or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
