We're looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial and other projects across the UK & Europe, this role is based in Wolverhampton and supporting projects both locally and across the UK.

This role is paying between £60k to £80k annually. This is working a usual Monday to Friday routine (40 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc…)

You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, Commercial or similar with experience managing the pre-construction process, supporting the moving of the project from pre-construction to construction, assisting and checking tender and design compliance with specifications, planning pre-construction and project set up aspects and much more…

Must have previous Pre-Construction experience on large projects.
Must have a UK passport due to this work being in Wales.
Ideally looking for someone with experience across Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial and more as the client is a specialist in these industries. Would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
Strong experience with tender & design aspects of large-scale construction projects.
An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.If you are an individual with at least 5+ years of experience in a pre-construction manager position or similar, looking for an exciting opportunity in Wolves with potential growth and future projects being elsewhere across the EMEA region, the opportunity to grow within a business and to join a leader in their work, please do get in touch.
