The Role:
Two experienced Pre-Construction Managers are sought to lead early-stage delivery on major industrial and logistics schemes. You'll coordinate design, cost planning, contractor engagement, and client liaisonhelping steer projects from concept to site-ready status.

The Projects:
Fast-track industrial and logistics builds for blue-chip clients, featuring high-spec M&E and demanding programmes. These projects are delivered with precision and efficiency, backed by a company that excels in meeting challenging targets.

Must-Have:
• Proven pre-construction management experience, ideally design & build
• Experience in industrial, pharma, logistics, or manufacturing sectors
• Ability to lead design coordination and interface with clients and planners
• Strong commercial sense and procurement strategy understanding
• Detail-oriented, adept at spotting risks early
