Power BI Developer

Location: Manchester (One days a week on-site)
Salary: £50,(Apply online only) to £60,(Apply online only) + bonus + healthcare cash plan

Are you ready to take full ownership of Power BI reporting in a business that’s building a data function from the ground up?

We’re working with a pharmaceutical company that’s scaling fast and investing heavily in data. They’re at the start of their journey, and they need someone who can step in, take charge of reporting, and help shape the long-term Power BI capability across the business.

What’s the opportunity?

You’ll be the first Power BI hire in a newly formed data team. The Head of Data has recently joined and is building a high-performing team from scratch. They’re moving everything into Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI will sit at the heart of their reporting strategy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams to bring data to life and improve decision making.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s excited by the idea of owning reporting end-to-end and helping shape how data is used across a business.

What are they looking for?

Solid Power BI development experience, including DAX, data modelling, and report/dashboard building

Someone who’s comfortable working with stakeholders and understanding business needs

Experience working with large datasets from different systems – ideally in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics environments

Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem – any exposure to Fabric is a bonus, but not essential
